Charles Tandy, co-founder and Principal of Tandy, Morrison & LaTour, served in senior leadership positions in healthcare and higher education for more than 25 years before entering the executive recruiting industry. His success with the process of identifying and matching exceptionally talented people within these organizations led to his decision to establish an executive search firm. Mr. Tandy received his Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, where he worked with one of the early leaders in the field of organization development.
