Mr. O'Neill is Vice President of Engineering and Solution Delivery for FireStar Software. He is a 30-year veteran of the technology industry. Building on his 10 years of MIS experience and 10 years of direct R&D experience, Mr. O'Neill has spent the past decade building technology groups that are capable of delivering highly complex, high quality, functional, enterprise solutions. His ability to direct the practical use of technology to meet stringent customer requirements has produced a legacy of highly successful product and solution engagements for Prime Computer, VMark Software, Vality Technology, Rogue Wave Software, and most recently deNovis Inc. Mr. O'Neill's experience includes proven abilities to manage large-scale complex projects, software product development, application development, hardware and software quality assurance, performance testing, system administration, release engineering, education, corporate program management, software globalization/localization, documentation, computer operations, and full P&L delivery responsibility. His experience includes the domains of health care, financial services, banking, manufacturing, software tools, office automation, and retail at both domestic and international levels. Mr. O'Neill has a BA in Economics from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. |
