Mr. Cain is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Associates for the Boston area. He is one of the company�s founders, and prior to joining Beacon Hill managed the suburban office of one of the nation�s largest administrative staffing organizations. While there, he grew his organization from start-up to the most successful branch in the region, and was consistently recognized as a top individual producer. Mr. Cain is known for outstanding client service, team management and market knowledge. In addition to overseeing the Boston administrative and office support organization, he provides broader operational and infrastructure support to the overall business, and prior to his placement career spent three years in sales and marketing for the Boston Red Sox. Mr. Cain received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, where he majored in finance and economics. |
