A member of the Construction and Employment Law Sections, Cheryl R. Treadwell's practice focuses on the resolution of disputes involving construction defects, construction scheduling and delay claims, as well as general commercial litigation and employment matters, including alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Treadwell's employment experience includes counseling clients in connection with restrictive employment covenants, separation issues and personnel policies. She also advises clients in matters arising under federal, state and local discrimination and employment statutes and responses to EEOC charges. |
