Cheryl is a partner in the firm's energy section and focuses her practice on the representation of clients in oil and gas matters. She represents buyers and sellers in all aspects of the purchase and sale of oil and gas properties and has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of other contracts relating to oil and gas exploration, production and marketing. In addition, Cheryl represents clients in oil and gas contracts, title and environmental disputes.
