Cheryl W. Gris� age 54 has served as President - Utility Group for Northeast Utilities a public utility holding company since 2001 and Chief Executive Officer of its principal operating subsidiaries since September 2002 and Senior Vice President Secretary and General Counsel of Northeast Utilities from 1998-2001. She is a Director of Dana Corporation. She received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill a law degree from Western State University and has completed the Yale Executive Management Program. Ms. Gris� has been a Director of the Company since February 2004. |
