She offers 25 years of experience in college admissions and financial aid. Ms. Brown also initiated efforts to establish a 'one-stop service' at the University Call Center, and integrated e-mail and instant messaging communications in the telecounseling program. Prior to moving to the admissions office, Ms. Brown served as assistant director of financial aid at the university.
