Chien Chang has been a member of our Board of Directors since September 1995. From February 2000 to February 2003 Mr. Chang served as Chief Executive Officer of Programmable Microelectronics Company Inc. (now Chingis Technology Corporation) a fabless semiconductor design company. From April 1992 to August 1996 Mr. Chang was the Director of Technology at Cirrus Logic Inc. a semiconductor company. Mr. Chang serves on the board of directors of Genesis Microchip Inc. a semiconductor company. Mr. Chang received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the National Taiwan University and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of California Los Angeles. |
