Chip Vetter has been involved in the high technology investment banking business for almost 20 years. Most recently, Mr. Vetter was Director of Corporate Finance at Robertson, Stephens & Co. where he helped that firm grow from approximately $350 million in revenues to over $1.6 billion and the investment banking department to almost $800 million in revenues. He joined Robertson in 1996 as Director of Technology Investment Banking. Prior to Robertson, Mr. Vetter was a Managing Director and Director of Technology Investment Banking at Montgomery Securities. At Montgomery, he built the firm's investment banking franchise in the communications technology sector. Mr. Vetter joined Montgomery in 1986 from Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro where he began his career as a securities attorney. Mr. Vetter has a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and an A.B., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College. |
