Chris Bauer is Principal, Retail & Mixed Use, within the Retail Practice Group. Based in the Baltimore, Maryland office, Chris draws upon 24 years of experience in retail, entertainment, mixed use, residential, and hospitality projects. He brings depth and experience to his role, building strong client relationships to provide the firm�s services to its domestic and international retail and mixed use clients. Chris leverages extensive design, business development and project experience from work in the U.S, China, Germany, U.A.E., Indonesia, South Africa, Egypt and Taiwan. Prior to joining Cubellis, Chris served as Design Manager/National Business Development Manager for the Mixed-Use/Hospitality Market Sector at Jacobs Carter Burgess. Previously, he was an Associate for Development Design Group (formerly Design International), where he served as designer/project architect. Chris is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). |
