Mr. Chandler has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry ranging from front line clinical experience in laboratory medicine to significant operational and project development positions in both private and academic settings. Mr. Chandler established himself in the healthcare management setting as an HMO developer at the Blue Cross Blue Shield system in Florida. He became intimately involved with healthcare finance and reimbursement. Leveraging his insurance experience, Mr. Chandler followed with executive level roles in academic medicine. He operated the Department of Pathology for the School of Medicine at the University of Florida and served as the Administrator of the James Graham Brown Cancer Center at the University of Louisville, where he guided a multidisciplinary academic cancer program. Later in his career, Mr. Chandler developed a national network of medical oncology centers. Before joining ProCure, Mr. Chandler successfully developed major Proton Therapy programs as the Vice President and General Manger of IBA Proton Therapy in North America.
