As Director of Property Management, Chris's responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations for Tower Properties' office, industrial and apartment properties. In this capacity, Chris negotiates contracts with vendors, supervises a large crew of maintenance and engineering personnel, prepares annual budgets and monthly reports and oversees major capital expenditures.
Chris graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia and began his real estate career in 1989. He is currently a member of BOMA and a candidate through IREM for the CPM designation. |
