Chris heads Livingstone�s Business Services and Technology practices. He brings to the firm 10 years of investment banking experience across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Livingstone, he was a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities, where he helped develop its middle market investment banking practice. Chris previously spent five years at Merrill Lynch & Company, specializing in technology and related sectors, and was a corporate attorney for Sidley & Austin.
