Chris leads Eliza's client services organization, drawing on twenty years of experience in building technology services and customer support teams in healthcare. Chris works with Eliza's customers to coordinate all activities related to the design and development of customer-specific applications, system and data integration, testing, campaign management, and outcomes analysis and reporting always with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. Chris brings a valuable combination of healthcare work experience to Eliza. His background includes management roles for healthcare delivery systems, managed care organizations, and healthcare technology companies. Chris has built and managed customer support teams in such areas as disease management, HEDIS reporting, episode profiling, medical management and network performance, and predictive cost modeling. Prior to joining Eliza, Chris directed corporate reporting and analytics at Private Healthcare Systems. Before PHCS, Chris held management and consulting positions at healthcare organizations such as W3Health, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, and The MEDSTAT Group. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Providence College, and an MBA from Suffolk University School of Management. |
