Chris is responsible for the Asia Pacific Industrial Practice of Kepner Tregoe (KT). He leads a team in consulting with clients across the Asia Pacific region, specialising in the areas of Shutdown Management, Accelerated Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Improvement, Maintenance Inventory Strategies and Manufacturing Excellence.
During his 20 years in the Manufacturing Industry, Chris has held positions ranging from Foundry Foreman, Production Superintendent through to Manufacturing Manager in the non-ferrous metals industry.
Chris joined KT Australia as a management consultant in 1999 and has been responsible for leading a number of large improvement projects with clients including Bluescope Steel, Onesteel, Boral Building Products, CSR and Cement Australia. In 2003 he was awarded Partnership in the international business, in 2004 he was appointed Managing Director Australia, and in 2005 Vice President of Industrial Products Asia Pacific.
Chris graduated from the University of Technology (UTS) in 1988 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) majoring in Materials Science, and in 1996 graduated from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) with a Master of Business Administration (Executive).
He is a member of the Board of Directors of KT. |
