Chris Harrison joined ReCellular in early 2007 as Director of Manufacturing. He is responsible for leading operations of all world-wide locations including manufacturing, logistics, materials/service procurement, technology, and quality systems as well as the development of lean manufacturing principles. Before joining ReCellular Mr. Harrison was a General Manager in the automotive division of a global glass manufacturing company responsible for all operational aspects of three automotive facilities including new business development and full profit and loss. He was also responsible for initiating capital improvements of facilities during substantial growth while improving the financial performance that ranked among the best in the corporation. Mr. Harrison also previously held several positions in quality, engineering, and manufacturing, where he was responsible for developing lean manufacturing principles that resulted in substantial improvements in costs, inventory reduction, and throughput. Mr. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Mr. Harrison is actively involved in the community as Current Commodore of a local Boat Club, as a Winning Futures Mentor, a Cub Scouts volunteer and a neighborhood school tutor. |
