Mr. Kay joined Integware in April 2004 as the President and CEO. Prior to joining Integware, Mr. Kay was a founder of three successful startup companies, and has held numerous roles in R&D, Consulting and IT. He spent 17 years with Hewlett-Packard, 10 years as R&D Manager of HP's PDM product and PDM-related products. He also spent 3 years in PDM consulting where he was the Chief Architect to General Motors. Mr. Kay is also a co-inventor of multiple patents.
Mr. Kay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Systems Analysis degree with a minor in music from the University of Texas at Arlington. |
