Promoted to Senior Vice President in January 2004. Responsible for improving customer value in JDA�s global support organization by ensuring consistent quality support.
Previously served as Vice President of Client Support Services; Vice President of Consulting Services Americas from 2001 to 2003; Vice President of U.S. Consulting Services from 2000 to 2001; Vice President Consulting Eastern Region from 1997 to 2000; Director of Consulting Services Northeast Region from 1995 to 1997. Joined JDA in 1991 as a Project Lead Northeast Region.
Prior to JDA worked for an IBM business partner where he helped launch a retail consulting group establishing the company as an IBM AS/400 and POS provider.
