Chris Nemeth was a founding principal of Integration Partners. Prior to Integration Partners, Chris was a senior consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide where he was instrumental in building the firm's mergers and acquisitions integration services, which were adopted by clients in over 90 offices and 30 countries. Chris has conducted M&A integration, consolidation, productivity improvement, and related business transformation engagements for companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Representative clients include Home Interiors and Gifts, Domistyle, Rockwell Automation, McDonald's, Reliance Electric Corporation, New Venture Gear, Equistar Chemicals, VRD Americas, Flowserve Corporation, Rent-A-Center, and the City of Plano. During 1998 and 1999, Chris was engaged by the Parliament of the Republic of Georgia to examine emerging economic issues and key opportunity areas as the country embarked on the road to privatization. The work culminated in the Fall of 1999 with a televised address to the Ministry of the Economy entitled, "The Problem of Industrialization." Chris serves as an advisory board member, both for the Michigan City Chamber Music Festival and for the Chicago operation of Darby Louise Fine Arts based in Barcelona, Spain. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago where he studied both Economics and Music. Prior to his business career, Chris had a career as a professional violinist. |
