Chris Willson is Senior Regional Director of First Industrial Realty Trust's Minneapolis/St. Paul region. He oversees acquisitions dispositions developments build-to-suits asset management and lease negotiations. Mr. Willson has over 15 years of real estate experience. Originally recruited by First Industrial in 1997 he first had the responsibility of overseeing the region's brokerage and marketing activities. In 1998 he was promoted to Regional Development Officer with responsibilities of overseeing all development projects in both the Twin Cities and the Detroit metro area. Prior to joining First Industrial Mr. Willson was an industrial real estate broker with CB Commercial and Koll Real Estate. A licensed real estate broker he is an active member of the Minneapolis chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) a member of the Corporate Real Estate Network (CoreNet Global) and a designate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). |
