Christen Sindone has a strong reputation for leading successful searches and identifying top-level talent across many industries. Her area of expertise is consulting with senior executives on a myriad of topics including broad growth initiatives, recruiting tactics, compensation recommendations, and crafting the right profile to fill a position. She has a deep understanding of hiring strategies and challenges and how to best assist companies in finding solutions to whom, how and when to hire.
Ms. Sindone�s clients range from manufacturers of commercial products and consumer package goods to major utility, real estate and technology companies. She performs searches at the manager to executive vice president level in sales, finance, marketing, communications, human resources, engineering and operations. At the firm, Ms. Sindone plays a key role in the development of its vision and in laying the foundation of customer satisfaction that has contributed to Bell Oaks� consistent annual growth.
Ms. Sindone possesses nearly a decade of recruiting experience. She joined Bell Oaks in 1998 as a Search Consultant in the firm�s finance and accounting practice. After two years, she was asked to manage the sales and marketing practice, where she led the under-performing practice to become Bell Oaks� most profitable group. In 2003, she was promoted to Partner and now works across all practices while helping lead the firm and mentor employees.
Prior to entering the executive search industry, Ms. Sindone served as Southeast Regional Recruiter for the Equis Corporation, one of the country's largest full-service corporate real estate firms. She is a graduate of Furman University with a degree in English.
Ms. Sindone and her husband, Mark, have been deeply involved in international missions in Romania and Bolivia for the last seven years and currently are building the foundation of a new ministry focused on developing mentors for newly engaged and married couples. They are members of North Point Community Church. They live in Loring Heights, an intown Atlanta neighborhood south of Buckhead, with their son Nicholas Quinn and their two golden retrievers |
