Christiane Pelz joined LHA in 2007 with extensive experience in finance, having spent most of her career working with investors in various capacities. Most recently, she was a consultant providing strategic and fundraising advice to smaller companies. Previously a Vice President at Citigroup Private Bank, she managed wealth for high net worth clients. Prior to Citigroup, Ms. Pelz helped raise the second round of financing for an early-stage start-up and spent several years in Europe as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs completing many transactions from mergers & acquisitions to initial public offerings. She started her finance career at a venture capital / private equity firm. Ms. Pelz earned a dual graduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business and an MA in international studies and completed a BS at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently active with several organizations, including Symphonix, an auxiliary group of the San Francisco Symphony, and the Wharton Club of Northern California. |
