Christina M. McMullen is Vice President and Controller of The Black & Decker Corporation. She is the principal accounting officer of the Corporation and has responsibility for financial reporting and accounting policy.
Ms. McMullen joined Black & Decker in April 1993 as Assistant Controller following a 12-year career with Ernst & Young LLP where she progressed to the position of Senior Manager on the audit staff. She was named Controller of Black & Decker in January 2000 and was promoted to Vice President and Controller in April 2000.
A certified public accountant, Ms. McMullen earned a B.S. degree in accounting in 1978 and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Maryland College Park in 1981. |
