Ms. Ray is part of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck�s Trusts and Estates Group and works in the Santa Barbara office. She has a Masters of Law in Estate Planning and over ten years experience practicing exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and federal gift, estate, and generation skipping transfer tax planning. Ms. Ray specializes in creating comprehensive estate plans which reflect the clients� intentions while minimizing transfer tax consequences and preserving family wealth. Ms. Ray offers diverse estate planning services for individuals including the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as planning for life insurance, and assisting with designations for IRA�s and other retirement plans. She also represents fiduciaries with respect to the administration of trusts and estates and has prepared numerous federal gift and estate tax returns. Ms. Ray is currently serving as Treasurer of the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council and has previously served as Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. |
