Ms. Powell supports Chartwell's transaction consulting group where her primary responsibilities involve financial analysis, project management, and marketing. Ms. Powell has valuation experience primarily in the areas of transaction strategy, ownership transition and strategic planning. Ms. Powell focuses on the marketing and deal process as it relates to mergers and acquisitions. She is proficient at company and industry research, due diligence, and management support. Prior to Chartwell Capital Solutions, she spent seven years as an information systems sales representative for a regional records management distributor. Previously, she held the position of records management specialist at a national manufacturing company where she was responsible for the technical sales division. Ms. Powell is a 1996 honors graduate from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. |
