Christine Gould Hamm practices in the Business Transactions Practice Group in the Kansas City, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. Christine represents commercial financial institutions in various types of financial transactions, including asset-based, cash-flow, equipment, real estate, second-lien, club and syndicated loans. In addition to assisting such institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting financial transactions, Christine advises commercial financial institutions in workouts, restructurings and liquidations related to financial transactions and distressed loans. Christine also represents corporate clients in general financing, real estate, acquisition, investment and other transactions.
Prior to joining Husch & Eppenberger, LLC in 2003, Christine practiced as an associate in the Banking and Institutional Investing Group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
