Her practice emphasizes federal tax and employee benefits, with particular experience in qualified retirement plans, ERISA and IRS compliance and audits, qualified plan correction, qualified domestic relations orders, 403(b) tax sheltered annuity plans, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), welfare plans, cafeteria and flexible spending accounts, COBRA compliance, stock option plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, annual incentive compensation plans, and executive compensation.
