Christine Bentley is responsible for RDC's products and services managing the Quality Assurance and Customer Service teams. Her core focus is on strategic planning and building efficiencies. Ms. Bentley has implemented stringent quality control measures to ensure optimum user experience and raises the bar for data quality on RDC's online searching software solution. Under her direction, the Customer Service team has received several awards from clients recognizing their service and quick turnaround time. Ms. Bentley joined RealtyData Corp. in 2000 and has been instrumental in key client integrations, county expansion and the development of RDC's Report Builder, advanced name searching logic, and XpresSearch. Ms. Bentley received a Master of Public Administration degree from Rockefeller College in Albany, NY and a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University. |
