Christine Cohn practices healthcare law in the firm's Los Angeles office. She represents physicians, hospitals, surgery centers and ancillary providers in all aspects of regulatory compliance, operational issues and business disputes.
Ms. Cohn has extensive experience in counseling physicians and facilities in federal and California state laws governing fraud and abuse and physician self-referrals. She has also represented physicians in Medicare overpayment matters, federal program suspension and indisciplinary matters before the Medical Board of California. Ms. Cohn is also experienced in representing physicians and other providers in acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactional matters. She earned her law degree and Master of Science in Public Health at UCLA.
Ms. Cohn is admitted to the State Bar of California, and serves on the Health Law Committee of the State Bar's Business Law Section. She is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
