As Chief Financial Officer, Christine oversees all financial, human resources, and operations management for ZanAqua. Christine brings to ZanAqua a distinguished 20-year career as a corporate finance veteran with broad experience in financial and operations management, investment fundraising, and investor relations. Prior to coming onboard in 2006, Christine ran a successful Interim CFO Services business of which ZanAqua was a client. Previously, Christine was chief financial officer at Metratech, a web-based billing provider; prior to that, she was chief financial officer, vice president of finance and treasurer at CUseeMe Networks, Inc., a publicly-held IP-based videoconferencing company. Christine also served as corporate controller and treasurer at Sequoia Systems, Inc., and held financial positions at IMO Baird Corporation and Wang Laboratories. She has been involved in operations management, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, business plan development, and raising capital. Christine holds a BA in psychology and biology from Framingham State College and a MBA with a concentration in finance from Babson College. |
