Some of those areas include corporate mergers and acquisitions, rightsizing/downsizing situations, food industry incidents, behavioral incidents for rehabilitative institutions as well as emergency response drills for petrochemical companies and utility companies.
An advocate of crisis communications planning, Christine walks clients through the step-by-step process of what if and helps clients craft comprehensive plans that are tied to company objectives and strategies. In the midst of a crisis, her thoughtful approach to client support combined with her focus on how best to manage the situation results in effective client communications with a variety of constituencies.
An experienced media trainer, Christine has coached hundreds of clients at all organizational levels for both the best and the worst of times. As part of the planning and preparatory process of a communications plan, Christine helps spokespeople refine their messages and learn how to successfully deliver them to their ultimate audiences.
Now a consultant with Toplin & Associates, Christine spent eight years with The Tierney Group where she was a vice president. Prior to that, she was with Fleishman Hillard in Philadelphia. She began her career in the corporate communications department of The Ryland Group/Ryland Homes in Columbia, Md.
A graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, Christine earned her bachelor�s degree in journalism in 1988. She now resides in Chalfont, Pa. with her husband and two children. |
