Experience:
Dr. Christofer Eggers focuses his practice on competition and regulatory law, intellectual property and litigation. He represents domestic and foreign companies before the German Federal Antitrust Authority and the European Commission.
On intellectual property matters, his experience includes trademarks, unfair competition, and passing off. His litigation experience encompasses civil and criminal trials, including antitrust and unfair competition cases. He argues cases in the European Court of Justice, the German Federal Supreme Courts, and many district courts. Christofer joined Mayer Brown as a partner in 2001. He is fluent in both German and English.
