Chris Evens is an associate in the Business Services Group. Mr. Evens assists clients with general corporate legal matters and transactions, including general corporate advice, contracts, acquisitions and sales of businesses. He also has represented corporations and individuals in various commercial and insurance litigation matters. Before joining Bose McKinney & Evans, he practiced with another Indianapolis law firm, and served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Allen Sharp, United States District Court, Northern District of Indiana. Mr. Evens is licensed to practice law in Indiana.
