Christopher B. Noyes is the Team Leader of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group, which consists of 51 lawyers statewide. With a practice that encompasses general corporate, securities and corporate finance issues, Chris represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine and venture capital financing, commercial lending matters and public and private equity and debt transactions. Chris joined the Firm in 1984 and was elected a shareholder in 1991. He is a member of the Firm's Board of Directors and Marketing Committees.
