Mr. Frost defends insurance companies against claims of fraud and bad faith. He also represents vehicle restraint systems manufacturers, financial services companies, sourcing and procurement companies, and food service companies in a variety of fraud, bad faith, contract, products liability, personal injury, commercial, and workplace co-employee claims. Mr. Frost represents plaintiffs in commercial and contract disputes as well. Prior To Maynard Cooper:Before attending law school, Mr. Frost served over seven years as a commissioned officer and attack helicopter pilot in the United States Army where he obtained pilot-in-command status in the AH-64 Apache helicopter. Mr. Frost held various command positions during his service to include tours in the 101st Airborne Division and in the Republic of South Korea. During his third year of law school, Mr. Frost served as an extern in the office of the District Attorney for the Western Judicial Circuit in Athens, Georgia where he tried felony cases. Mr. Frost served as law clerk to Chief Judge J.L. Edmondson, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 2004-05. |
