Christopher F. Meshginpoosh has been a director since April 2005. He is currently Director of Consulting Services for Kreischer Miller, one of the Philadelphia area�s largest accounting and advisory firms. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, he was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Liquent, Inc. from 2000 to 2002, a publicly-held company serving the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. From December 1999 to September 2000, he was a consultant and subsequently the Vice President of Finance at Luminant Worldwide Corporation, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in December 2001. Mr. Meshginpoosh is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S., Accounting from West Chester University. |
