Mr. Brown most recently held the position of Director of Finance at CardinalCommerce from January 2003 to December 2005.Prior to joining Cardinal, Mr. Brown managed a venture portfolio for a hedge and venture fund in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to performing due diligence and making investment decisions, he supported portfolio companies' internal financial needs including budget planning and management reporting. Mr. Brown has technology and startup experience gained as a founding member of the dotcommery, a digital business accelerator. He also has extensive financial and analytical background starting his career in consulting with Mercer and Buck Consultants.Mr. Brown has a BA (Honors) in economics and history from Queen's University in Ontario, Canada, and completed his MBA at Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management. |
