Christopher L. Ulrich joined Cummings & Lockwood LLC as a principal in its Litigation Department in 2006. Chris received his A.B., cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1975 and his J.D., cum laude , from Boston College in 1978. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Connecticut, New York and Florida. Chris� practice is focused in the areas of complex commercial litigation, including contract formation and interpretation, complex real estate disputes, and restrictive covenant and trade secret issues. He also has substantial experience in the litigation of probate and estate matters. Chris represents national and regional financial institutions, real estate operating companies, and other businesses as well as private individuals faced with the possibility of serious litigation. Chris began his career in 1978 as a prosecutor in Brooklyn, N.Y. in the Kings County District Attorney�s Office. While in that office Chris investigated and tried major felonies, including the homicide of ten women and children dubbed by the press as the Palm Sunday Massacre. In 1986 Chris joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a Special Attorney assigned to the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section. In 1989 Chris left the government and joined the Connecticut firm of Tyler Cooper & Alcorn, becoming a litigation partner in its Stamford office. |
