Christopher M. Ciccolini joined SEI in 2000 and has served as Vice President for Strategic Accounts since 2007. With 16 years of experience in the technology and services sectors, Mr. Ciccolini has a proven track record of success in developing and growing new product and service concepts and businesses. Prior to his current position he served as Vice President for Strategic Planning and Product Development. Prior to that he headed up a major account where he improved profitability 40 percent over a 12-month period. In 2003, he was promoted to managing director for call center operations and helped lead the business through a two-year period of unprecedented growth increasing agent capacity by 150 percent, expanding operations to Europe, and introducing a new sales support service line. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Ciccolini led SEI's corporate desktop support practice. During that time, annual revenue for the practice grew 53 percent, and SEI expanded its desktop client base to include firms from the financial services and legal segments. In his first role with SEI, Mr. Ciccolini was with the company's Information Systems Consulting division where he served as lead consultant and account manager to Citibank where he assisted in the development of Citibank's e-billing service. Before joining SEI, Mr. Ciccolini led data center hosting operations and customer service for Mantiss, a telecommunications software developer. Prior to that, he served in a variety of technology and product development leadership roles at CAEL, a human resources professional services firm. At CAEL, he helped lead an industry coalition of telecommunications providers, their unions, and postsecondary institutions, to develop the world's first on-line technology degree program. Mr. Ciccolini holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Yale University, a Master of Science degree, with distinction, in marketing and management from DePaul University, and a graduate certificate from DePaul University in project management. He has been a frequent contributor to technology and support publications including ITSMWatch, SSPA News, the Forum, SupportIndustry, and TechRepublic. He is a member of the Help Desk Institute and the Project Management Institute. |
