Description of Practice:
Christopher Forwood is an associate in our Orange County office and a member of the firm's real estate group.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Christopher was a commercial real estate associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of Troutman Sanders LLP. His previous experience includes providing counsel on deals and transactions for various real estate developers, national banking associations, a national telecommunications company, and large scale tenants and landlords in matters including real estate asset-based financing, ground, retail, and office leasing, and real property acquisition and disposition.
Educational History:
Christopher obtained his B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona in 1999. He went on to obtain his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Christopher served as the business manager for the Emory International Law Review. |
