Mr. Pummill joined Western Reserve Partners in June 2005. His work experience has centered on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and real estate. He has analyzed companies operating in industries such as aerospace, building products, retail, consumer products, healthcare, information technology and metals. Mr. Pummill has particular experience with mergers and acquisitions for middle market companies and has been actively involved in all aspects of transactions from execution to closing. Clients he has served include Excel Mining Systems, Inc., MAI Wealth Advisors, LLC (fka BC Investment Partners LLC), LESCO, Inc., Elyria Foundry Company and Giltz & Associates, Inc. Mr. Pummill has also performed various real estate analyses including development modeling, REIT valuation and joint venture analysis.
Prior to joining Western Reserve Partners, Mr. Pummill worked at Eubel Brady & Suttman Asset Management, Inc., where he researched Real Estate Investment Trusts, analyzed institutional portfolios and assisted with the purchases of private placements and initial public offerings.
Mr. Pummill was graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University with a major in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society. |
