Chris focuses primarily on serving as outside general counsel to emerging, growth-oriented companies and represents public and private companies in securities law compliance, corporate governance and business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, angel and venture capital financings, public and private securities offerings, strategic relationships, technology licensing and distribution, executive employment and equity-based compensation plans.
