Chris has provided litigation support damage calculations risk assessments investigations contract negotiations internal control design and implementation for various organizations including those that require compliance with the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and Medicare and Medicaid regulations. This has included extensive analysis of manufacturer wholesaler pharmacy benefit manager provider and health insurance data involved in the distribution and reimbursement of pharmaceutical drugs.
Provided analysis and litigation support to pharmaceutical manufacturers related to royalty payment disputes as well as contract disputes with Pharmacy Benefit Managers.
Provided assistance to entities in defense of audits and investigations related to Federal and State reimbursement issues. These investigations have included the Department of Justice Offices of Inspector General Defense Contract Audit Agency various Fiscal Intermediaries and other review organizations.
