Chris Hamlin practices in the Corporate Practice Group in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Chris represents a variety of clients ranging from individuals to closely held businesses to publicly traded companies, which clients are engaged in a broad range of industries. He advises clients on corporate and transactional matters including:
mergers, acquisitions and divestitures;
SEC reporting and securities law and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance;
venture, private equity and debt transactions;
operational matters, including negotiation of commercial transactions, contracts, management and shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other business arrangements; and
other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Husch, Chris was an associate with a law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. During law school, Chris served as a legal intern to Hon. Carol W. Hunstein, Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia, and for the Federal Defender Program, Inc. in Atlanta.
