Christopher W. Ullman is the Corporate Spokesman for The Carlyle Group and is responsible for developing and implementing Carlyle's global communications activities. He is based in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Ullman was Associate Director for Communications at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. Prior to that, he served as Public Affairs Director and Spokesman for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under Chairman Arthur Levitt, now Senior Advisor to Carlyle. Before that, Mr. Ullman served as the Senior Public Relations official for the U.S. House of Representatives Budget Committee. Prior to these government positions, Mr. Ullman was Vice President of a Washington-based public relations firm.
Mr. Ullman received his B.A. in political science from the State University of New York at Binghamton. |
