Christopher Browne, Director, OperationsAs the Director of Operations, Mr. Browne has responsibilities for the overall internal operations of the company including Help Desk Services, Network Operations Center (NOC), Corporate Infrastructure and Security. Mr. Browne is also responsible for the development of operational policies and procedures.
Before ICOA, Mr. Browne worked at McDonald's Corporate where he played an integral role as Lead Engineer for the national roll out of broadband and wireless services to the 13,000 US restaurants layered with mission critical applications that directly affected restaurant sales. Mr. Browne was also responsible for the development of the national support policies and standards.
Prior to McDonald's, Mr. Browne acted as the Director of Information Technology for CNDI, a Cisco reseller and integrator specializing in VOIP, wireless and security.
Mr. Browne attended Sauk Valley College and holds several highly recognized technical certifications
