Mr. Fanella served as Vice President of Finance at Primary Energy. While at Primary Energy, Mr. Fanella was responsible for the identification, structuring and execution of all capital transactions. While in this role, Mr. Fanella raised over $850 million of capital in the private and public debt and equity markets. Mr. Fanella also was responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with the financial community, equity research analysts as well as the credit rating agencies. Prior to joining Primary Energy, Mr. Fanella worked in the Global Industrial and Services Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Fanella graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame. |
