Mr. Feeley joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since early 2002. He is currently a Vice President responsible for the production of equity investments and structured debt, working in tandem with the NorthMarq network of offices. Mr. Feeley has over 17 years of experience in real estate finance, primarily with major institutional investors and investment banks, including General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC), Bankers Trust-Alex Brown, and USF&G Realty Advisors. Prior to joining LMRES, Mr. Feeley was the Region Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast for General Electric Capital Corporation�s Leveraged Equity/Joint Venture Program. At GECC, Mr. Feeley was responsible for structuring, committing, and closing over $75MM in joint venture equity investments. Mr. Feeley also has prior experience structuring mezzanine debt and equity joint ventures while employed by both Bankers Trust-Alex Brown and USF&G Realty Advisors. Mr. Feeley was the Managing Director for the Southeast Region (based in Atlanta) for USF&G Realty Advisors and was responsible for completing over $45 million in mezzanine debt/equity investments and $400 million in first mortgage debt and construction financing while with NationsBank and PaineWebber Mortgage Finance. Mr. Feeley holds a B.A. from American University in Washington, DC and has completed considerable study for his MBA in Finance at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Mr. Feeley is a member of NAIOP, National Multi-Housing Council, and the Mortgage Bankers Association and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Virginia. |
