Christopher Haig joined Calypso� Medical Technologies in 2007 with 16 years of healthcare marketing experience including extensive assignments in the US, Europe and Asia in the field of medical technology. Prior to joining Calypso� Medical Technologies, Mr. Haig was the Director of Global New Product Development Marketing at Abbott Vascular where he managed all aspects of the coronary stent product line across all geographies. Prior to being a part of the Abbott Vascular team, Mr. Haig served in several positions of increasing responsibility at the Guidant Corporation. These included Director of Global Marketing for all core angioplasty products of the Vascular Intervention division, Director of Business Development in Europe, and Manager of New Product Development. Mr. Haig is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in French. Mr. Haig earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
