Christopher Pawlowicz, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, has over twenty-five years experience in human resources,
much of it within the pharmaceutical sector. From 2003-2005, he worked as Corporate Vice President, human resources at Express Scripts Incorporated, the nation's third largest pharmacy benefit management company, located in St. Louis, Missouri. While at Express Scripts, his team implemented major organizational change initiatives, including sales force upgrading, pharmacy consolidation, and integration of two major acquisitions. He also introduced a best practice Talent Planning process to drive succession planning and leadership development. Mr. Pawlowicz was instrumental in the redesign of long-term incentive programs, bonus and stock options plans, and implementation of many improvements to the benefit and medical plan designs.
From 2000-2003, he served as Executive Director, Human Resources-Corporate Staff at Pharmacia Corporation, Peapack, NJ, where he led the human resources team accountable for the integration of corporate staff units after the Searle-Pharmacia Upjohn merger. As a member of the HR Leadership Team he led cultural change efforts across the newly merged staff groups, as well as implementation of a new talent planning process, roll-out of new leadership behaviors and cultural expectations, and the implementation of a new performance management system. He held the position of Executive Director, Human Resources - International, at Searle Pharmaceutical Company, Skokie, IL from 1997-1999 and held a number of successively more challenging roles with Monsanto Company from 1980 to 1996. Chris has deep experience in organizational development, change management, talent and succession planning, leadership development and coaching, performance management, merger integration and due diligence, and executive assessment and staffing. His experience spans domestic and international HR environments.
Chris received his BA in Economics from the Benedictine College and his MA, Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. |
